Junior IT Business Analyst
Have you recently completed your studies a course or an internship in the IT industry and want to continue developing in this field Are you looking to start or restart your career Are you curious about IT and eager to explore new technologies If you answered yes to these questions then our Tech4Life Academy is a great opportunity to gain your first handson IT experience under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. At Roche we offer a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with inperson collaboration. Currently we ask employees to work from one of our offices (Warsaw or Pozna) an average of two days per week. These inoffice days may vary depending on business needs such as workshops conferences team meetings or other collaborative events.
The Opportunity
Were looking for two Junior Business Analysts to join our Drug Product Development team. Youll be part of a dynamic environment where we create smart effective solutions that support clinical study teams data managers and other key stakeholders in developing and delivering innovative treatments to patients. As a Junior IT Business Analyst youll gain handson experience learn the fundamentals of business analysis and contribute to impactful projectsall with the support and mentorship of seasoned professionals.
What youll learn and do:
Gather and document business requirements effectively
Understand and apply process mapping and process analysis techniques
Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Gain exposure to product lifecycle and successful delivery practices
Explore best practices in business analysis methodologies
Who You Are
Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new business domains or technical topics
Foundational experience in business analysis (e.g. requirements gathering documentation prioritization running workshops creating mockups)
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience collaborating across multiple business areas
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in improving them
Ability to recognize stakeholder needs and build effective working relationships
Selfdriven eager to learn and confident in challenging ideas constructively
Proficient in English
Nice to have:
Handson experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
Familiarity with change management and solution adoption practices
Experience working in Agile teams (e.g. Scrum)
Exposure to testing UX design or Business Intelligence
