Do you want to work with us on bringing our IT support to the next level Then reinforce our team with your passion for digital technology and your exceptional analytical skills.
Your Role meaningful & rewarding
- Monitor and examine the use of knowledge by users and agents in operational IT support to identify patterns knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities
- Conduct monthly sampling to evaluate IT support quality by analysing operational service partner agent and process activities against key performance indicators
- Discuss quality levels and outcomes with service partners and work with them to develop initiatives to improve quality measures
- Work closely with product and service owners to promote knowledge creation and sharing incorporating their input for IT support and knowledge management
- Support the development quality assurance and enhancement of knowledge article content and resources
- Increase the utilisation of artificial intelligence search engines and other technologies to consistently enhance the user experience
Your Profile authentic & openminded
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification combined with multiple years of professional working experience in relevant positions
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Strong project management skills
- Midlevel understanding of modern digital technology
- Experience in working in international crossfunctional teams
- Fluent in German and English
- High willingness to travel regularly in Europe (approx. 2x / month)
