Lead ERP transformation and ensure seamless system integration

Drive seamless system transitions and robust testing

In this role you will develop and own the cutover strategy timeline and plan. Collaborating with business units IT and system integrators you will coordinate system transitions with minimal disruption. Your responsibility will be to:

• Develop and maintain the cutover plan and checklist ensuring all precutover cutover and postcutover activities are accounted for.
• Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy (Unit Integration UAT Regression Performance).
• Engage key business IT and leadership stakeholders to align on cutover and testing expectations.
• Track data migration progress and verify data loads across key business functions.
• Lead hypercare support and issue resolution immediately post golive.

You will report to the Senior Manager PMO Lead Eileen Anka and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. This position is based in Chennai and requires 25 travel.

Experienced ERP transformation leader with testing skills

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You should be able to work with crossfunctional teams business leaders and IT professionals. You also have:

• 710 years of experience in IT with a focus on ERP implementations system cutovers and test management.
• 5 years of practical experience in SAP projects preferably in SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield/brownfield implementations.
• Proven experience managing cutover planning and in largescale ERP transformations.
• Comprehensive background in endtoend testing (Unit Integration UAT Regression Performance and Security testing).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. HP ALM Tricentis Tosca JIRA SAP Solution Manager).
