Job Description
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiringGerman Language Teachersto provideinpersoncustomized lessons to our clients in Regensburg Germany.
Job Information:
Class 185392:Facetoface Adult:
Structured lessons student would like to do some preparation/exercises before lessons
Availability: Monday and Friday between 10 am 4 pm CET
Preferred start date: April 28th 2025
Lesson Frequency: twice a week
Lesson Duration: 1 h per session
Students location: Near Praxis Dr. Knut Br (Frankenstrae) 93059 Regensburg
Current target language level: complete beginner
Native and other spoken languages: English high school French very little Japanese
Students language needs and goals: communication on daily situations
Building vocabulary
Listening comprehension tips and strategies
Common phrases native speakers use every day
Slang
Conversations with native speakers
How to be polite in the new country
Ordering at restaurants
Sustainability in the new country
Going to the doctor
A guide to shopping
Using public transportation
Phone calls
Making friends
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored dynamic effective and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient effective and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or nearnative written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Certificate or degree in language teaching education instructional design writing language linguistics secondlanguage acquisition or related field
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience
