We are leading innovation at Zendesk by building tools and processes to make 1500 developers happy productive and powering 500 Zendesk services. Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Poland to join our team and play a key role in enhancing these tools with a special focus on integrating cuttingedge AI solutions to boost engineering productivity.
In this role youll work alongside a group of highly skilled engineers with high autonomy to build and improve tools that our engineers rely on daily. Youll have the opportunity to introduce and refine AIpowered features aimed at making our engineers more efficient impactful and happy.

What you get to do every day:
Build and support AI tools to simplify development and build processes
Collaborate with users to improve the tool based on their feedback
Lead feature development along with other engineers in the team
Mentor engineers in the team through pairing and code reviews
Share knowledge and learnings across the organization
What you bring to the role:
Required:
You love problemsolving investigating issues and discovering the appropriate solution
General understanding of LLMs and AI applications architecture
Understanding of Kubernetes or orchestrating Docker containers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in at least one of the programming languages (JavaScript Go Python Java etc.
Tactics and strategies for engineering productivity internal products to highly technical users in a large multiproduct SaaS organization.
Ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Nice to have:
Experience with infrastructure management tools (e.g. Terraform Spinnaker).
Experience working with large language models (e.g. ChatGPT).
Familiarity with Data Collection Analysis and Visualization (e.g. DBT Snowflake).

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is z235000.00z353000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities applicable experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus benefits or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific inoffice schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
