Store Manager Unassigned
As our Store Manager Unassigned youre a key team member who inspires leads by example and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and teams. The Unassigned role allows Sephora to bench a SM candidate in large markets with growth opportunities. The Unassigned role is designed for the individual to be in position for 3090 days and move to their own store.
Your responsibilities include
- Creating amazing customer experiences Through strong client Focus and collaboration you are always seeking ways to improve client service solve problems and build strong relationships where the ideas and input of others are welcomed. Use Sephoras tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to improve
- Developing Sales and Budget Strategies Your strategic vision and drive for results will lead to maximized sales and profitability by identifying analyzing and forecasting sales or opportunities. You will move the organization forward by consistent commitments to meeting objectives & results
- Managing Day to Day Store Operations Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store. You will cultivate creativity & disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture using our policies values and best practices as your guide
- Enhancing our culture by engaging & inspiring through our Sephora values Passion Innovation Expertise Balance Respect Teamwork and Initiative. You will help others grow by understanding their strengths and provide coaching and development
We would love to hear from you if have
- passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
- previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store
- excellent organizational analytical and management skills
- experience as a handson leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate coach and help teams succeed
- a knack for attracting identifying and inspiring talented employees
- strong emotional intelligence resilience communication and the ability to influence team members
- flexible availability to work
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds bend/stretch to stock shelves stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift work in a fragrance filled environment handle & apply products to clients
- Adherence to Sephoras dress code and other policies in the Employee Handbook
- Ability to be mobile within the market able to relocate a plus
$87800.00 $102220.00. The actual pay offered depends on various factors including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate nondiscriminatory business factors specific to the position or location. The annual base salary range for this position is $87800.00 $102220.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate nondiscriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
