YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a passionate proactive datadriven and handson professional to support our Live Operations department in our headquarters in Barcelona. You will provide both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help build operational excellence in Operations with focus on our Partners.

THE JOURNEY

• Build robust business metrics ensuring data efficiency accessibility and quality.
• Translate data into actionable dashboards to achieve our OKRs e.g. drive partner selfservice rates and agent productivity improvements.
• Execute projects using timeseries or exploratory data analysis techniques to uncover operational opportunities and mobilise stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Inform product decisions through designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product features or operational changes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor in Maths Engineering Business Stats or Quantitative field
• 2 year experience working in analytics team consulting experience is a plus
• Experience in defining and implementing metrics and data models
• Expertlevel proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker).
• Selfstarter with ability to break down and solve complex problems
• Strong communicator with an eye for powerful visualisations
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced and constantly evolving environment
• Proficient in English
