About the role:
We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Person with a passion for providing a quality maintenance service and is interested in working at our Hornby Distribution Centre.
The successful applicant will be required to carry out a wide variety of duties.
The duties assigned to this role include handson day to day general maintenance and will suit an applicant with general handypersonskills such as but not limited to:
Operating equipment used in skilled trades power and hand tools
Metalwork machinery work and repair
Cleaning duties such as; floors equipment yards chiller room unblocking drains and toilets water blasting etc
Painting
About you:
You will need to be a friendly and reliable person who:
Takes pride in your work
Has an eye for detail
Is a thinker and problem solver
Can act independently at times
Has the ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines
At times you may need to move heavy items so a reasonable level of fitness and strength is required. A current forklift licence would be advantageous.
