- Providetechnicaldevelopmentservicesonbothinternalandexternalprojects
- ConsultonallSAPrelatedtechnicalmattersincludingcustomprogrammingreportsinterfacesconversionsenhancementsandforms;
- RepresentSyntaxsSAPBusinessAllinOnehelpdeskaspartofoursupportteamforcustomerissues.
- MaintainandassistwiththeorganizingandpreparationofourinternalSAPtechnicaldemonstrationsystemstosupporttheSyntaxsalesteamasrequired.
- ActivelyworkonstayingcurrentwiththelatesttechnologyadvancementsfromSAPintheareasofyourcorecompetence.
- AlwayskeepinmindandhelptopromoteSyntaxsobjectivesofofferingsuperiorcustomerservicetoitsclientsandourgoalofTotalCustomerSatisfactioninordertoestablishlongtermclientrelationships
ResponsibilitiesInclude:
- Playingaroleintheoveralldesignandtesting.
- BecomingfamiliarwithClientsdatasourcesandinterfacerequirements
- Clientrelationshipmanagementatalllevelswithinclientorganization
- Identifyingopportunitiesforbusinessprocessimprovementsanddocumentsbusinessprocessimprovementsandapplyingtechnicalalternatives
- Providingrecommendationsforsolutionsinclusiveofreportsinterfacesconversionenhancementsandforms
Requirements:
- Minimum4fulllifecycleimplementationsofSAP
- 5yearsofSAPexperience
