We are looking for a motivated Shop Manager to lead the charge at our Seymour IN full service diesel shop. If you have shop management experience like to work on the floor with your techs and thrive in a fast paced work environment then we want to hear from you!
Kirk NationaLease is a privately owned fullservice truck/trailer leasing and maintenance company and we are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our Seymour IN location. You will be managing one of our 24 locations across 11 states. With 50 years in business we look forward to showing you unprecedented support for your growth as well as the growth of your team.
The Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the shop as a business unit. The Shop Manager will plan direct and control all by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Equipment Repairs Preventative Maintenance Parts Management Daily Rentals Personnel Administration and General Management (including P&L Management).
To be considered for this role you must have 5 yrs. of Diesel Mechanics/Trailer Mechanics experience and be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
