JR65841 Senior Engineer SSD Firmware TestMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering electronics & communication computer science or closely related field (must be from accredited college or university)
3 years of experience developing tests
Strong problemsolving skills including the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
Strong working knowledge of software development verification system failure analysis.
Proficiency in Python Procedural and ObjectOriented Programming
Exposure to SW development practices
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Preferred Skills:
In depth knowledge and extensive experience with test development
Expertise in the use of scripting languages programming tools and environments
Extensive experience programming in Python
Experience programming and debugging in C/C
Experience in the storage industry in SSD HDD storage systems or a related technology
Understanding of storage interfaces including ideally PCIe/NVMe SATA or SAS
Experience in SQL and noSQL databases ETL (Extract Transform Load) process communication with Database Admin (DBA)
Experience with NAND flash and other nonvolatile storage
Ability to work independently with a minimum of daytoday supervision
Ability to work in a multifunctional team and under the pressure of multiple priorities
