The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivatedJunior Master Data Analystto support the management and maintenance ofcustomer vendor and material master datain our SAP system. This role ensures data accuracy consistency and compliance while collaborating with key business units to facilitate smooth operations.
DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Responsible for Customer Vendor Customer and Material Master Master Data Management: initiates sets up and maintains data of all customers/ vendors/ material.
- Validate data entries to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents email other information) required for controls and audits
- Support data cleansing activities by identifying and correcting inconsistencies duplicates and outdated records.
- Perform routine checks and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- You provide reportingrelated work on Master data and adhoc reports extracted from the system in line with Service Level Agreement
- Work closely with Finance Procurement Supply Chain and Sales teams to address master datarelated requests.
- Ensure master data aligns with company standards regulatory requirements and data governance policies.
- Assist in resolving master datarelated issues and queries from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting master data insights for business users.
- Support system updates and testing for master data improvements or SAP enhancements.
- Document processes and maintain uptodate records of master data procedures.
Who Are We Looking For

- Educational background in Economics Accounting or Finance is a plus
- 02 years of experience in data management finance supply chain or procurement
- Good analytic skills and attention to details
- Capacity to respect deadlines and to prioritize
- Exposure to SAP MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint etc. or other ERP systems is preferred
- English at a very good level
- Any other language skills would be a strong plus
- Basic understanding of master data concepts (customer vendor and material).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Good problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
- High motivation and ability to learn
- Ability to be flexible independent & collaborative openminded and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with difficult sensitive and confidential matters
