Salary: OTE 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is looking to forge a career with an established independent Estate& Lettings Agency in the Braintree area.

You will already be working as an Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator and be ready to hit the ground running.
Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Braintree and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
