Location: Hove BN1
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking independent estate agency based in Hove looking to expand its team with the addition of a Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with experience in residential property to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about property customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced competitive market.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing and progressing property sales from instruction to completion
- Conducting viewings and following up with prospective buyers
- Generating new business and securing market appraisals
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Providing high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales
- Valuation/listing experience (Senior level)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Customer-focused and target-driven
- Knowledge of the Hove market preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional well-presented and confident
