As Business & Campus Life Coordinator youll collaborate with the Business Manager to shape student life streamline operations and support key financial and supplier functions. Finance & Reporting
Assist in managing CAPEX projects ensuring timely and budget adherence.
Oversee debt management processes ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Manage utilities and maintenance spending optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
Handle billing for extracurricular activities ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the school finance operations.
Supplier Management
Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries services and payments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to achieve costeffectiveness.
Operations & Facilities
Coordinate supplier and contract management to ensure highquality service delivery.
Implement processes ts4o optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Management
Oversee the planning and of special projects ensuring they align with the schools mission and values.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress address challenges and report on outcomes to relevant parties.
Supporting the Vice Principal Operations and CoCurricular on enrichment programs.
Coordinate with teachers to integrate enrichment programs
Report on the impact and effectiveness of campus life initiatives.
Campus Life Coordination & Student Experience
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop initiatives that enhance the student experience both academically and socially.
Gather and analyse student feedback to identify areas for improvement in hospitality and special projects.
Implement programs that support student wellbeing engagement and personal development.
Ideally previous experience in a similar role within the education sector
Alternatively experience running operations in hospitality startups or other servicedriven environments
Record of strong academic achievement
At least 3 years of operational experience
Effective Excel skills
Handson problemsolving approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
A selfstarter with the drive determination and commitment to get things done
Can do attitude with a proactive approach to new challenges
Ability to manage large volumes of data meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously even in demanding environments
Excellent emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm and composed in fastpaced settings
Ability to analyze financial data manage budgets and negotiate supplier contracts
Comfortable working in a fastpaced fastgrowing environment
Wellorganised processdriven with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Proficiency in French is required
