Job Description
Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction Data Center
This leadership person must be focused on vertical construction. Ideal candidates would have participated in large verticaldata centerconstruction projects.
Requirements:
o Strong leadership skills
o Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
o Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detailoriented
o Strong working knowledge of programs such as BIM Primavera Excel Word and MS Project
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o A proven track record of organizing a project team to accomplish project goals
o Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner
o Wellrounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
o 10 years of previous commercial construction management experience is required
o Medium to large project experience $20M) is required
o BachelorsDegree Construction Management Engineering or other related fields.
