The Administrative Assistant at Mathnasium is responsible for assisting the Center Director in the daytoday running of the center.
Manage and maintain the fun learning environment ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for students families teachers and staff.
Ensure parents and students are positively welcomed greeted and have a positive customer experience.
Ensure each student properly checks in and out of the center through the attendance tablet
Provide exceptional customer service responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor and update interior center dcor to ensure the center is engaging free from distractions and conducive of a great learning environment for students
Managing phone calls and walkins from current and prospective parents with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage office supplies rewards and snacks ensuring that our facility is always wellstocked and operational.
Compensation: $18.00 $20.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
