Summary
Your Tasks:
- Administrative support for the occupational safety department in daytoday business
- Preparation of training documents presentations statistics newsletters notices and reports
- Processing procedural work and operating instructions
- Preparation and followup of discussions meetings and appointments
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Organizing internal and external training courses
- Carrying out order processing
- Time representative
- Organization of occupational health checkups and administration of individual personal protective equipment
Duties and Responsibility
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Confident handling of MS Office especially Excel Word & PowerPoint as well as basic knowledge of SAP and enjoy working with standard business software
- Very good written and spoken German
- Knowledge of English
- High degree of reliability as well as accuracy and diligence
- Precise proactive and responsible way of working
- Strong organizational skills as well as a friendly engaging and confident manner
