Your tasks at a glance:

• Analysis and conception: Gather and analyze specific business requirements of our customers and develop tailormade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Solution design: Plan and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) implement sustainable solutions and take over their maintenance.
• Customer consulting: Advise our customers on the use and further development of their Power Platform solutions and conduct training courses and workshops to strengthen user competence.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
  • Creation of intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants with Copilot Studio
  • Support for the integration of Power Automate with Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 SharePoint AI Builder SAP and other applications
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing automation solutions
• Sales support: Support our presales and sales activities e.g. by creating service models and price calculations
• Teamwork: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize project results and drive innovation.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in information technology business informatics or a comparable education.
• Several years of consulting experience and sound technical knowledge especially in dealing with the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) ideally certified.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate Power Automate Desktop and Copilot Studio
• Sound knowledge of automated process design and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Experience with data sources and connectors in the Microsoft environment
• Confident handling of API integrations and web services
• Interest in sales presales and consulting
• Passion for topics related to AI & hyperautomation
• Structured solutionoriented and independent way of working
• Strong customer orientation communication skills and an independent way of working characterize you
• Excellent ability to work in a team exceptional problemsolving skills and persuasiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
