Senior Manager Cyber Threat Validation:
- Manage manual application testing and penetration testing teams to conduct thorough security assessments identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective remediation strategies.
- Oversee and lead the threat modeling teams to identify assess and mitigate potential cyber threats ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect the organizations assets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for continuous improvement in threat validation processes enhancing the overall security posture of the organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT legal and compliance to integrate threat intelligence into security operations and ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements in all threat validation activities maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
- Provide mentorship guidance and professional development opportunities to team members fostering a culture of innovation excellence and continuous learning within the cybersecurity department.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to threat validation and testing activities providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decisionmaking.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends technologies and threat landscapes leveraging this knowledge to enhance the organizations security posture and proactively address emerging threats.
What it takes:
Minimum of eight years related work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Must obtain CISSP within one year of hire.
