Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage all aspects of Salesforce including user setup roles permissions data management and system configuration.
Customization & Configuration: Configure custom objects fields record types page layouts validation rules and workflows to meet business requirements.
User Support: Provide training and technical support to Salesforce users ensuring adoption and optimal use of the platform.
Process Automation: Create and maintain automation using Flow Process Builder and approval processes to streamline business processes.
Data Management: Maintain data quality through data cleansing deduplication and import/export processes.
Reports & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics to support business decisionmaking.
System Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits manage Salesforce releases and ensure system security.
AppExchange Solutions: Install configure and manage thirdparty applications from the Salesforce AppExchange as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices features and new releases recommending improvements for the platform.
Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and developer.
Handson experience with Salesforce Lightning platform.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficiency in creating Flows validation rules and page layouts.
Experience with data management tools (Data Loader Data Import Wizard).
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 required.
Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
