Join Ventia in a role which keeps the Australian Defence Forces wheels turning!
A great opportunity for a Fitter to join our fully geared Defence Maintenance Contract team based at South Guildford WA located east of Perth.
As a Fitter you will report to the Technical Supervisor you will perform all traderelated tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of exciting Defence boats and equipment. You will also be operating machinery and assist in maintenance and construction tasks as required.

About the role
- Undertake major overhauls and authorised modifications to Marine assets
- Perform maintenance servicing repairs and preventative maintenance on Marine assets
- Reassemble test clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts
About you
- Trade Certificate III as a Fitter & Turner or similar
- Current WA HR Drivers License
- Open and clear communication within a team environment
- Specialist Marine Fleet equipment experience is desirable
- You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
