Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in their lead generation and sales pipeline development.

Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential clients within the financial services industry.
- Utilize various tools and resources to gather relevant information on prospects.
- Outbound Outreach:
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns via email and phone to generate interest in Optimal AdvisorAIs solutions.
- Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage prospects and articulate the value proposition.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule highquality meetings for senior sales executives with qualified prospects.
- Effectively manage calendars and ensure seamless coordination.
- CRM Management:
- Accurately log all activities track leads and maintain data integrity within the CRM system.
- Generate reports and provide insights on lead generation performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Driven and SelfMotivated: Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Organized and DetailOriented: Ability to manage multiple leads prioritize tasks and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and willingness to adopt new AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Hustle and Grit: A relentless approach to overcoming challenges and consistently finding innovative ways to connect with prospects.
- Experience in sales or the financial industry is a plus.
