The Radiologic Technologist will perform quality xrays per physicians orders while providing excellent service to patients.
This is a parttime position at our Eagan clinic location:
Mondays 8 hours) 12:00pm8:00pm
Tuesdays 8 hours) 12:00pm8:00pm
Wednesdays 8 hours) 8:00am5:00pm
Thursdays 8 or 9 hours) between 7:00am5:00pm
Fridays OFF
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth) a group of local medical practices owned and led by its physicians on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
- Perform and develop quality xrays on designated portions of the body for physicians use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury
- Inform and prepare patients for procedure
- Maintain radiology files including internal and external films
- Prepare clean and stock work area with supplies
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
- Maintain the necessary precautions for excessive exposure to radiation
- May supply patients with requested xrays
- Assist provider teams in obtaining imaging from other medical facilities for clinics and surgeries as needed
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of an ARRTapproved Radiologic Technology Program
- ARRT Certification in radiology required within 60 days of employment
- Previous radiology experience preferred

- Actual starting pay will vary based on education skills and experience.
- A $4500.00 signon bonus will be offered payable on first paycheck with a 12month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the signon bonus.

Ability to:

- Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
- Work in the clinic during business hours
- Travel independently throughout the clinic (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending lifting standing stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
- Work at an efficient and productive pace handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
- Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
- Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
- Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Understand and execute a variety of instructions
- Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Travel to other work locations if required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work independently at least 90 of the time.
- Frequent lift up to 35 lbs. occasional lift up to 50 lbs.
- Push/pull occasionally up to 50 lbs. or persons in wheelchairs weighing up to 300 lbs.
- Frequent patient positioning including bending stooping squatting twisting & reaching.
