Organization:
SHSOSutter Health System OfficeValleyPosition Overview:
Develops and analyzes industry and competitive information to produce actionable insights around business questions and decisions facing Sutter Health and its entities. Serves as a liaison for internally and externally sourced strategic databases and tools. Applies strategic tools to provide forecasting simulations feasibility studies modeling resource planning valuation and other financial and statistical analysis to help evaluate strategic opportunities and scenarios.Job Description:
The person selected for this role must come on site for work meetings etc. This is not a remote position.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelors in Accounting Business Computer Science Finance or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of marketing research theory and methods including conjoint analysis customer segmentation and best practices identification.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives managers and subject matter experts.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Ability to build and lead teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change.
Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action or to provide information and instruction.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
Ability to analyze information problems situations practices or procedures to identify patterns tendencies and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.

Pay Range is $48.72 to $73.08 / hour. Emeryville Pay Range is $56.03 to $84.05 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
