The Manager position is an integral role within the business that ensures the store and people operate to their highest standards within our core values.
As part of your training plan you will initially develop from the ground up under one of our existing managers and be assigned a position once ready.
Training will include all operational aspects including People Management Time Management Customer Service Product Quality Inventory Management KPI Management Marketing and most importantly Managing Operations Standards.
As a Manager you will support the Senior Management and in return will be rewarded with a competitive salary bonus and a genuine opportunity.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Once qualified the responsibilities will include:
- Maintain excellent operational standards
- Promote a positive brand image and provide excellent customer experience
- Monitor and maintain Dominos Pizza Health & Safety standards
- Maintain high product standards across all team members
- Staff training & development
- Recruitment
- Performance management and disciplinary procedures (with HR support)
- Labour scheduling and labour cost control
- Stocktake food ordering and effective food cost control
- Manage the store and the team during shifts and report any issues
- Attend meetings as required
- Local store marketing
- Manage own time
- Meet/exceed set targets
