The Opportunity:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for margin analysis & reporting for Sephora North America during close internal forecast budget/forecast periods and long range Strategic Planning. Some of the key deliverables include producing month end close margin reporting midmonth internal forecast full year Budget and forecasting and frequent ad hoc Senior Financial Analyst excels in establishing effective working relationships with business partners in Canada and the US. The Senior Financial Analyst has a strong passion for quantitative analysis continuous improvement (challenging the status quo of existing processes) and storytelling using the numbers. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Finance (Key Planning Sales & Margin).
Key Responsibilities:
Producing monthend margin reporting midmonth forecasts fullyear budget and forecasts and ad hoc analyses.
Collaborating with business partners across Canada and the U.S.
Enhancing processes through quantitative analysis challenging existing methods and narrating insights through data.

- 3 yearsBusiness Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis
- 3 yearsProven experience in forecasting budgeting and monthly close activities
- Superior Excel financial modeling skills and Financial Systems SAP and Anaplan are a plus
- Intermediate accounting knowledge required
- Requires a selfstarter ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Must be detailoriented with strong organizational and task management skills
- Ability to partner cross functionally with all levels of the organization
- Thrives on an environment that is fastpaced rapidly changing and customer serviceoriented
- Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions
The annual base salary range for this position is $114750.00 $128250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate nondiscriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
