Role description key responsibilities and tasks:

The Customer Care Associate is intended as an earlycareerlevel operational position in Hempels Customer Care organization. The responsibilities and tasks of the Customer Care Associate includes but are not limited to:

Key responsibilities:

• Managing customer inquiries incl. quotations order placement tracking delivery status updates product information documentation Ad hoc and more.

Daily operational tasks:

• Managing quotations in the ERP systems including the preparation and facilitation of necessary documentations.

• Performing Ad hoc activities to enhance customer experience.

• Outbound and inbound customer communication

• Administration related to customerrelated inquiries.

• Customer data management

Additional nonoperational tasks:

• Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health safety and environment policies.

• Ensure the upholding of local and global compliance rules when handling quotes and documents.

• Any general task and/or activity as is required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.

Required education experience and jobrelated skills:

• Freshers with Bachelors degree from reputed University

• Alternately 01 year of experience in Customer Care department (preferable).

• Proficient with standard MS Office programs

• Working efficiency (written and spoken) in English.

• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Job Location: Kurla West Mumbai (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6.30am to 3.30pm OR 11am to 8pm IST

Work Week: Monday to Friday
