Join our team as a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations where youll provide vital support within Commercial & Investment Banking. Leverage your expertise to manage transactions efficiently and resolve client inquiries promptly. Be part of a dynamic environment driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Summary

As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations you will provide operational support for Commercial & Investment Banking. You will ensure timely completion of transaction management and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Your role includes offering subject matter expertise and driving process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for FX Products operations
  • Utilize FX trade life cycle knowledge in operations
  • Draft confirmations for various FX product types
  • Liaise with Legal for template queries and understand ISDA/EMTA
  • Perform economic affirmations and netting processes
  • Investigate and resolve issues per SLA timelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal business lines
  • Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues
  • Maintain a control and process improvement mindset
  • Critically challenge to identify control issues
  • Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Understand and articulate business requirements clearly
  • Communicate excellently in written and oral forms
  • Engage with external and internal clients effectively
