Job Description

At Aledade were transforming primary careand data is at the heart of it. As a Risk Performance Analyst youll play a key role in helping us understand the health of our patient populations and ensure accurate risk stratification across our network.

In this role youll dive into healthcare data to uncover trends spot anomalies and generate insights that directly inform strategy and drive performance improvements. From cleaning and analyzing data to collaborating with clinical and operations teams your work will support smarter decisionmaking and better health outcomes. Primary Duties:

Data Collection & Preparation:

    • Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for risk performance improvement across Aledade.
    • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
    • Support Risk Performance leadership with research data analysis and project management
    • Assist in developing meeting materials that simplify and streamline complex topics and business decisions as well as support meeting facilitation
    • Analyze Aledade practices risk performance trends and indicators across lines of business markets practices and other segments to inform business decisions
    • Develop maintain share and educate stakeholders on complex analytical models supporting risk performance efforts
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies while handling sensitive healthcare data

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with field teams leadership and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs.
    • Collaborate with product team(s) business intelligence team and impact analytics team to identify opportunities for improvement share learnings and support business goals
    • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data issues related to Risk Performance

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

    • Utilize statistical techniques and analytical tools to analyze healthcare data and identify trends patterns and correlations
    • Conduct risk score evaluation and trend analysis to assess the accuracy of risk adjustment methodologies
    • Generate reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Health Services Administration Health Policy Business Health Care Informatics or related field.
    • 1 years of experience in healthcare data analysis preferably in risk adjustment.
    • Proficiency in Google Slides including storyboarding skills. Ability to translate complex analyses and concepts into engaging slides and ability to draft executivelevel materials with direction
    • Strong business software skills including Excel and Google Sheets. Must have the ability to work with large complex & often incomplete data sets; utilize Index/Match XLOOKUP and other advanced formulas pivot tables and basic macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
    • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way to nontechnical audiences.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
    • Strong business analyst toolkit including abilities to independently prioritize solve problems via hypothesisdriven analytical methods manage across multiple responsibilities and projects execute with attention to detail and overcome ambiguity

Preferred KSAs:

    • Familiarity with healthcare coding systems (e.g. ICD10 CPT HCPCS) and risk adjustment models (e.g. CMSHCC HHS).
    • Familiarity with value based care accountable care organizations risk stratification / risk adjustment and/or Medicare Advantage
    • Experience in developing and validating complex analytical models and algorithms
    • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. SQL Python Tableau AWS Snowflake)
$50000 $60000 a year
Salary Range: $50000$60000 base bonus equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
