Job Description
We are looking for an
(Senior) Internal Communication Manager (m/f/d)
(permanent fulltime) Join our team at one of our locations in Berlin or Verl flexible working conditions available
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage employees and drive alignment during times of change
- Partner with leaders and teams to create informative and inspiring content across various internal channels
- Foster an inclusive communication culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our global workforce
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications using feedback and analytics to improve engagement
- Manage multiple communication projects and stakeholders ensuring clarity consistency and timely
- Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools approaches and formats to enhance employee experience.
What you need to succeed in the role:
- A degree in Communications Business or a related field with at least 35 years of experience in a similar role ideally within an international FinTech
- Proven track record in strategizing and implementing communication initiatives with an employeecentric approach
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible way
- Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders
- Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
