Your Impact
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Commercial Applications team and play a key role in optimizing our OpportunitytoCash (O2C) process. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture including complex product configurations advanced approvals and downstream workflows tied to orders contracts and amendments while translating this knowledge to business stakeholders and internal IT team.
This role requires both technical acumen and the soft skills of a natural problemsolversomeone who is a fearless problem solver thrives in ambiguity and is driven to uncover root causes and deliver scalable solutions. Experience across multiple CPQ orgs or in a consulting capacity is a must.

Location: This role does require you to be based within commutable distance to one of our main R&D US Based Hubs (Scottsdale AZ OR Boston MA OR Seattle WA OR Atlanta GA OR San Francisco CA); flexibility to be remote

- Administer and Enhance Salesforce CPQ: Configure maintain and improve Salesforce CPQ functionality including Product Bundles Configuration Attributes Product Rules Price Rules and Advanced Approvals.
- OpportunitytoCash Expertise: Own and optimize key O2C processes ensuring seamless transitions across opportunity quote order contract and billing stages.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve issues in quote generation configuration or QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) logic.
- QuotetoContract Workflow Support: Ensure CPQ setup aligns with downstream workflows related to Order creation Subscription management and Amendments.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops Finance Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements develop solutions and implement CPQ improvements.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation user guides and support training efforts to ensure successful user adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process bottlenecks or system limitations and propose enhancements that drive scalability and efficiency.
What You Bring
- 4 years of handson Salesforce CPQ administration experience. Including deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture including Advanced Approvals Product & Price Rules and Product / Bundle configuration.
- Salesforce Administrator CPQ Specialist Certification(s) and related trailhead modules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Billing Apex Flows QCP and related automation tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a bias toward action.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and release management best practices.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company meaning compensation is made up of base pay bonus and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 92625 in the lowest geographic market and USD 148200 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level function training transferable skills work experience business needs geographic market and often a combination of all these factors.
