Key Responsibilities/Outcomes
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript for customization purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
- Problemsolving abilities to address and resolve workflow issues.
- Leadership skills to guide teams and manage projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for various ServiceNow products
- ITIL Foundation Certification with ITIL 4 being preferred
- Agile and Scrum Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to ServiceNow.
- Designing and implementing systems and procedures to streamline operations.
- Conducting organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mapping business processes to ServiceNow data models workflows and reporting structures.
- Managing the ServiceNow release schedule and supporting the enhancement process.
- Documenting ITSM processes and performing gap analyses against best practices.
- Working closely with process owners to elicit requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
- Ensuring that lean/six sigma and process design standards are integrated into each design.
- Directly resolving escalated issues within ServiceNow.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience
Business analysis requirements and/or product ownership certifications preferred
