What will your essential responsibilities include

Technical Support: Provide firstline technical support to employees for various ITrelated issues including hardware software network and application problems.

Incident Management: Log and track incidents and requests ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users and ensuring they feel supported throughout their issue resolution process.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues using established procedures and guidelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support interactions and solutions provided contributing to knowledge base documentation for future reference.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to facilitate complex issue resolution and service improvement.

User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to utilize various systems and tools effectively.

System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems and alert appropriate personnel to potential issues to ensure minimal disruption to services.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding IT service management.

You will report to local manager.
