Job Description
The Treasury Sales Associate (TSA) will be partnered with the Treasury Sales Officer focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally with a portfolio of Middle Market clients headquartered in Canada and subsidiaries of US headquartered clients operating in Canada. .Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities supporting all activities from sale through implementation ongoing client relationship management overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.

To be successful in the role TSAs must maintain and build a strong client focus and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) in exceeding portfolio growth goals; including client/prospect research; proposal development and other ad hoc sales support duties
  • Assist in identifying solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis
  • Prepare treasury services reviews and upsell Treasury products and services as needed
  • Produce pricing/cost benefit models and confer with the TSO and Management regarding nonstandard pricing and negotiation
  • Manage the sales pipeline; ensuring deals are properly identified as pending or closed
  • Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Deal Pipeline client plans call reports GPSMIS Navigator etc. and other sales tracking systems which may be developed
  • Resolve any nonsales client issues
  • Assist clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service Fulfillment Credit and other partner teams
  • Prepare account schematics proposal documents and sales presentations
  • Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and postsale satisfaction
  • Assist in coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs
  • Utilize support partners and resources to coordinate industry prospect and client research for use in precall planning Daily email phone and inperson client communication

Required Skills

  • Minimum 25 years experience in major financial institutions corporate client facing role
  • Bilingual in English and French. As an international company with clients employees and contractors located around the world English is required to work as a Treasury Sales Associate with Bank of Americas internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of cash management and familiarity with credit trade and foreign exchange
  • Excellent analytical sales communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload from diverse sources
  • Proven experience working in a fastpaced environment as part of a larger team
  • Proven experience developing rapport with clients colleagues and other business partners
  • Some travel required
  • Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Lassoci aux ventes du service de trsorerie (AVT) travaillera en partenariat avec le directeur des ventes du service de trsorerie qui se concentrera sur le dveloppement de stratgies visant accrotre les revenus lchelle nationale et mondiale avec un portefeuille de clients du march intermdiaire dont le sige social est situ au Canada et des filiales de clients dont le sige social est situ aux tatsUnis et qui exercent leurs activits au Canada. Les principales responsabilits comprennent: laccent indpendant sur les occasions de vente de trsorerie le soutien de toutes les activits de la vente la mise en uvre la gestion continue des relations avec la clientle la stimulation globale et latteinte des objectifs de revenus de trsorerie.

Pour russir dans ce rle les AVT doivent maintenir et dvelopper une forte orientation client ainsi que la sensibilisation et la comprhension des aspects bancaires et oprationnels des produits et services utiliss par les clients en plus de possder de bonnes comptences interpersonnelles de communication et de prsentation.
