Job Description
The Electrical Site InCharge is responsible for overseeing all onsite electrical works ensuring timely as per project plans and schedules.
Prepare and implement daily weekly and monthly plans based on project milestones.
Coordinate with the planning team to align site activities with overall project schedule (using MS Project Primavera or Excel).
Monitor progress of electrical activities and update management on site status.
Manage and supervise installation of electrical systems like:
Power distribution lighting cabling earthing panels and switchgear.
Fire alarm systems CCTV access control and BMS (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with approved drawings technical specifications and safety norms.
Allocate tasks to electricians foremen and subcontractors and monitor performance.
Plan and arrange for materials tools and equipment required for site .
Manage and track manpower deployment to ensure optimum resource utilization.
Maintain inventory control and coordinate timely material procurement.
Oversee testing of electrical installations cables panels and protection systems.
Assist in commissioning and handover of electrical systems as per client requirements.
Prepare and submit test reports checklists and asbuilt documentation.
