Position Summary:

The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients families visitors and healthcare team members in patient care units. TheClinical Customer Service Representative also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical nursing and administrative staff by performing various unitspecific activities to meet unit department and institutional needs.

Shift:Rotating Shift Day/Evening 7:00 am 3:30 pm 7:00 am 7:30 pm 11:00 am11:30 pm 3:00 pm 11:30 pm. 36 hours per week andevery other weekend and holiday

Education/Work Experience:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent one year of college credit preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
  • Strong customer service experience in a highvolume work setting (i.e. call center guest services reception etc. preferred.

***Authorization to Work in the United States:Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

Salary Range: Minimum17.28per hour Maximum20.06per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
