Services Youll Provide:
Personal Care Services:
Assisting clients with bathing dressing personal hygiene and grooming
Helping with eating and meal management
Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
Assisting with selfadministration of medications (not dispensing)
Providing essential housekeeping for client health and welfare
Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the clients individualized care plan
Homemaking Services:
Meal planning and preparation
Grocery purchase planning and shopping assistance
Laundry services (folding ironing putting away)
House cleaning including dusting vacuuming mopping kitchen and bathroom care
Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
Providing respite services for the clients regular caregiver
Completing other homemaking tasks as outlined in the clients care plan
Important Work Guidelines:
Weight lifting restriction of 25 lbs maximum
No medication dispensing or administration
Services provided only when client is home
No driving clients in any vehicle
No medical procedures or treatments
Professional boundaries maintained (no sharing personal contact information)
All care provided will be supervised by nursing staff
Physical Requirements:
Ability to access homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
Sufficient hearing eyesight and physical dexterity for client care
May need to assist with client mobility (using proper techniques and equipment)
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds
Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Valid Drivers License

This role involves inperson care and flexible scheduling options including possible holiday weekend or rotating schedules. While holiday shifts are available you can request unpaid time off.
