What will you be doing in your role
- Lead the creation planning and scheduling of social media content across platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter YouTube LinkedIn) ensuring consistent branding and visual identity.
- Design highimpact graphics visuals and multimedia assets for digital and print campaigns including social media fundraising events promotional materials and web content.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies and storytelling campaigns.
- Monitor analyze and respond to social media engagement adjusting strategies based on insights and trends.
- Create and distribute visually compelling email campaigns and newsletters for various audiences using platforms like HubSpot or Constant Contact.
- Update website and blog content with fresh visualfirst content that enhances user engagement.
- Produce and edit photo and video content for use across digital channels.
- Document agency events through photography video and live social media updates.
- Manage and update digital fundraising platforms with branded visuals and eventspecific content.
- Stay current on design trends social media algorithms and platform updates to keep CCFWs content fresh and relevant.
Are you the next Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist
- 1 years professional experience in marketing graphic design or social media content creation
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Marketing Advertising or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across both digital and print media
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign Illustrator Photoshop; Canva)
- Experience with managing multiple social media platforms including scheduling tools advertising and metrics analysis
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills familiarity with AP style preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot Constant Contact etc.
- Understanding of digital marketing branding and audience engagement
- Reliable transportation and current Texas drivers license
