WHAT YOULL DO
- Project Oversight: Oversee IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitates the service lifecycle and product lifecycle.
- Participate in deescalation activities
- For Delivery acts as a technology expert.
- For Operation acts as a crossfunctional technology expert .
- Provide technical expertise and support to the Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Documentation and Reporting:Ensure all project documentation is accurate andup to date. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities and decisions.
- communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers.
- Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.
- Facilitate agile engagement with the business.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education: Any regular full time bachelors degree /Masters degree
- Proficiency in understanding enduser devices functionality and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in client Windows Mac IOS etc. operating systems
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Moderate IT backend technology experience.
- Proven experience in IT project management with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects using project management tools.
- Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders andcrossfunctional teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven skills in delivering quality standards and ensure these standards are met through regular testing and validation processes
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
