Hours: 2030 hours per week (flexible and tailored to your studies)

Location: Berlin Hybrid work setup (a mix of office and remote)

Talent acquisition- Help craft creative job postings
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates
Operations- Data maintenance to onboarding and organizing employee events
- Providing support in handling documentation and communication with official institutions
Processes & Projects- Take ownership of your own initiatives and project(s)
- Help us updating and streamline our internal processes
Your knowledge experience & skills
- Youre a student (preferably advanced in your studies) in fields such as Business Administration Psychology Social Sciences or similar
- First experience in People or recruiting Nicetohave but not a must!
- Organizational talent reliability and a knack for thinking outside the box
- Strong German and English skills
- Initiative team spirit and a drive to make things happen
