Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst for our Client Onboarding project and make a significant impact on our companys success. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a highprofile project that will enhance our client onboarding process improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Youll be part of a collaborative and innovative team working closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional results.
About the role:
As a Business Analyst you will apply your highly developed business analysis skills to analyse evaluate document and implement business processes and practices. You will use various techniques and tools for requirements engineering process modelling information management data governance and service management solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document business and process requirements
- Accountable for investigative and analysis work to determine business and process requirements gap analysis and specify effective efficient business processes and solutions.
- Conduct investigative and analysis work to specify efficient business processes and solutions.
- Produce highquality business requirements documents and key business analysis artefacts
About you:
To be considered for this opportunity the candidate will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Information Technology Business Analysis or Information System Management or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Minimum of five 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst for large organisations.
- Ability to select appropriate business analysis methods tools and techniques in an ambiguous environment with diverse business perspectives.
- Outstanding verbal written and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently in a cross functional team environment.
- Possess proficiency levels between SFIA8 Level 2 and Level 5 within the core skills listed below:
- Business situation analysis
- Feasibility assessment
- Requirements definition and management
- Acceptance testing
- Business modelling
- Business process improvement
- Data modelling and design
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Experience operating within large and complex programs of work and under broad direction with a considerable level of autonomy.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) and Agile Business Analysis methodology.
- Experience implementing solutions related to Risk and Compliance projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in legal sector and/or professional services is desirable.
