About the role:
The Community Health Programs operate from GV Healths Corio Street campus and include CommunityHealth and SelfManagement Support services. The programs provide a diverse range of services to consumers living in the Goulburn Valley region. CommunityHealth services include: Dietetics Occupational Therapy Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Outreach ProgramPhysiotherapy Podiatry Sexual Health Nursing and Speech Pathology. The SelfManagement Support service provides health coaching forpeople living with chronic disease as well as QUIT education and group programs.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our experienced and supportive Community Heath Team. The Physiotherapist is responsible forproviding assessment and therapeutic management to primarily adult consumers presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As part of the Community Health team you will work alongside established clinicians and be supported by team assistants. You will also liaise closely with other key stakeholders across a range of internal and external serviceproviders to facilitate a collaborative approach to service provision and positive consumer outcomes. Services are delivered primarilyin our modern clinic spaces.
Experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapists with an interest in Communitybased workare encouraged to apply.
