As HR Generalist you will be responsible for supporting in deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.

Your main activities will consist in:

  • Support the correct development and implementation of HR policies and procedures according to Group HR guidelines and local rules
  • Participate in the following processes: training compensation & benefit labour cost management organizational aspects employee communications in relation with the centers of expertise at Corporate level
  • Work on HR budgets and forecast processes
  • Guarantee the correct update of the reporting in particular related to headcounts and labor cost for Italian and foreign employees of the Group
  • Monitoring on a monthly basis labor costs benefits and personnelrelated costs produce analysis on labor costs divided for Countries and different clusters of population
  • Work on the Performance Management Process: annual review HR mapping succession tables

  • Degree in Economics with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
  • Analytical skills and proactive problem solving together with flexibility and initiative
  • Excellent knowladge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
  • Communicative empathetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and skills passionate about people
