Job Description
SALES MANAGER MARKLEY BUICK GMC
Location: Fort Collins CO
Were looking for a highperforming highintegrity Sales Manager to lead the charge at Markley Buick GMC. Amotivated passionate and empathetic leader who thrives in a fastpaced highexpectation environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed volume and customer satisfaction goals
- Coach train and mentor team members for growth and accountability
- Manage manufacturer programs sales reporting incentives and compliance
- Oversee CRM usage lead handling and appointment followup
- Maintain inventory strategy and collaborate with the used car department
- Work closely with F&I Service and leadership to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Proven sales and leadership experience (automotive preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and people skillsyou lead with empathy and enthusiasm
- Strong understanding of performance metrics CRM systems and customer engagement
- Ability to juggle priorities solve problems and keep a team focused
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping people grow
