About the team:
The Sustainability Innovation team located in SAPs Sustainabilitygrowth unit is mandated to support the digital sustainabilitytransformation of SAP customers. This is achieved through the E2Eorchestration of ecosystem innovation government/academic fundedprojects and accelerated organic innovation incubation with a holisticfocus on sustainability. The SAP Sustainability Innovation team ispresent in multiple locations around the globe and works closely withproduct teams and stakeholders across the internal and external valuechain to orchestrate innovation.
What youll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) Operations/Office Support atSAPs Sustainability Innovation
Work Area: Administration
Location: Berlin
Expected start date: July 2025
In this role youll:
As a temporary Operations & Office Support 6 months) you will workclosely with our team lead and specific team members to ensuresmooth operations and improve existing processes. This is an excellentopportunity for a candidate to support an international team which builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.
- Manage the Head of Sustainability Innovations calendar andmailbox
- Prepare internal and external presentations
- Support travel to foreign subsidiaries by booking flights andhotels and by filing expense reports
- Prepare event visits for him/her by booking trips and creatingbriefing docs
- Support the organization of team off and onsites
- Optimize the teams tools in close collaboration with teammembers
- Support with reporting and strategy development
- Support running projects after completing the core tasks
You will get onboarding and comprehensive support from yourpredecessor for a long duration additionally a weekly checkin for HRrelated topics.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of appliedsciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveresand stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projectsand are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently creatively and proactively
- Curiosity and enjoyment of working with people who arepassionate about their work
- Interest in digital innovation sustainability and operations/strategy
- Ability to understand visualize and optimize the operationalprocesses of our crossdisciplinary team
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook andPowerPoint)
- Languages: B1 German and fluent English
