About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Process Improvement Engineer aiming to capitalise on their process improvement experience and develop their leadership capability to join our Customer Support division based in Perth or Adelaide. Reporting to the General manager Strategy and Compliance these roles will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency standardisation and innovation across our mining support operations in Australia.
Working closely with internal divisions and external customers you will identify workflow inefficiencies design and implement improvement initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the business. You will also lead crossfunctional teams and drive digital integration and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
