Are you passionate about AIdriven innovation and looking to make a real impact We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (f/m/d)to lead the rollout and integration of AI automation solutions within our new AI Automation Team. In this role youll lead the deployment of cuttingedge AI solutions across key functional teams within BMG to drive efficiency and business impact. As part of our Product Organization youll collaborate closely with stakeholders oversee seamless integrations and ensure smooth of strategic initiatives.

What youll be doing

• Define and execute the AI automation product roadmap aligned with business priorities leading the rollout and integration of AIpowered solutions across functional teams
• Act as the liaison between engineering data science product teams and business stakeholders
• Develop integration frameworks for seamless AI adoption and track KPIs to measure success
• Drive a culture of experimentation leveraging feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay informed on AI trends to enhance product strategy and innovation while managing stakeholder communications
• Oversee a small team providing guidance mentorship and ensuring transparency on progress

What you bring

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Engineering) or equivalent experience with 5 years of product management experience preferably in AI automation or datadriven technology
• Proven success in managing product rollouts and integrations across teams
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams
• Experience in the music industry media or digital publishing as well as leadership experience is a plus
• Thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment demonstrating adaptability and problemsolving skills
