Minimum Onsite 3 days per week in Parsippany New Jersey 07054
Automation Test Engineer
Contract until 1/15/2026 with potential for extension
Local candidates in NJ only
Interview Mode: Must be available for in-person interview if local to NJ
Job Description: person should able to automate API and backend GCP components
Automation Test Engineer with 6 years experience in automating API(s) backend Cloud Apps to develop scripts for Stress testing
- Structures the tasks for a portion of a testing project or a small testing project
- Ensures that user acceptance tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved
- Responsible for the creation of test plans
- Good in automation and manual testing
- Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team
- The following skills are needed
- Selenium Web UI - Automate across different web browsers. (Must)
- Web app will be developed using Angular Node js and will be hosted in OpenShift
- SOAP UI REST and SOAP automated testing(Must)
- UPS app will be developed as API based solution therefore automation person will able to perform stress testing to ensure our backend systems will able to handle the load
- POSTMAN Automate and manual testing (Must)
Mandatory Skills:
