Who can apply
- Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
- Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2025.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualifications aligned to the position would be an advantage

How much will you earn
R5000 stipend monthly
Responsibilities:
- Request Handling:
- Receive new installation requests from the New Business and Contracts Department.
- Handle calls and emails from customers requesting repairs deinstallations and reinstallations of their units.
- Provide assistance to customers to ensure query resolution.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Efficiently schedule all customer requests to optimise Technicians time and knowledge.
- Ensure 100 of jobs are allocated to technicians using internal systems.
- Liaise with the control room to test customer vehicles when required.
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Consistently monitor the progress of all calls logged and scheduled.
- Ensure all information is accurately logged or processed on the inhouse systems.
- Administrative Duties:
- Check warranties and follow up on worksheets to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Complete all office administration tasks efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all Departmental and Company Policies Procedures and SOPs.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Complete any other tasks or duties as reasonably expected by management.
